What Alpha does
Alpha coordinates on-site welding services through independent partner welders in supported Texas areas. When you send a request, we review it, check partner availability and help arrange an estimate and schedule. The welding work itself is performed by the partner welder assigned to your job.
Estimates and availability
Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and may change once the welder sees the job in person. Same-day and urgent requests depend on partner availability and are never guaranteed. Service areas depend on where partners work and are confirmed for your exact address before scheduling.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the job, the material and the location
- Provide safe access, a place to park and a clear work area
- Tell us about hazards such as fuel, gas lines, electrical equipment or confined spaces
- Obtain any permits, HOA approvals or property-owner permission the work needs
- Disconnect or protect batteries and electronics on vehicles and gate operators before welding, or tell us so it can be arranged
Limits of service
Some work cannot be done safely or lawfully on site, including welding on fuel tanks that have not been professionally cleaned, pressure vessels, vehicle frames and suspension or steering parts where the manufacturer prohibits repair, and structural work that requires an engineer’s drawings or an inspection. We or the partner may decline such work or require documentation before proceeding.
Payment
Payment terms, deposits and accepted methods are confirmed with the estimate. Charges may include travel, minimum service fees, materials and finishing. You agree to pay for work you approve, including changes you request on site.
Warranty and liability
Any workmanship warranty is provided by the partner welder who performs the work and is stated with the estimate. Alpha coordinates the service and is not the party performing the welding; to the extent permitted by law, Alpha is not liable for the quality of the work, delays, or damage arising from inaccurate information, unsafe conditions or uses of a repaired item beyond its intended load or purpose.
