Information we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, the type of welding you need, when you need it, your description of the job, and any photos you choose to upload. We also receive standard technical data when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the referring page, through server logs and the analytics tools described below.
How we use it
We use your contact details and job information to review your request, check which partner welder is available in your area, prepare an estimate and schedule the work. Photos are used only to understand the job. We may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request, the estimate and the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing with partner welders
Alpha coordinates on-site welding through independent partner welders. To arrange your job we share the information needed to perform it, which may include your name, phone number, job location, job description and photos, with the partner assigned to your request. Partners are expected to use that information only for your job. If you do not want your details shared with a partner, you can tell us and we will not proceed with a referral.
Photo uploads
Uploaded photos are stored on our website server and may be attached to the notification email we receive. Please do not upload photos that show other people, license plates, documents or anything you would not want shared with a welder. You can ask us to delete photos you have sent at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising measurement services, to understand how the site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the estimate form from working.
Text messaging
If you provide a mobile number, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling and the service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by telling us you prefer email or phone. We do not share your mobile number or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention and security
We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to handle the job, follow up and keep business records, and then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

- Withdraw consent to be contacted or to be referred to a partner
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
